After submitting my resume, I went through two series of questionnaires (behavioral-type questions) and an aptitude test. The aptitude test was difficult, but I advanced to a case interview, which was also hard.

Question 1
For the case interview, you get a big stack of papers containing a ton of data and you have to pitch two beers to add to the company's portfolio to two interviewers. It's designed so that you can't finish it in 30 minutes.
It was hard. There were 3 rounds with several interviews. Panel at end. Great people and company. Loved it. Trying to fill 30 word limit with more things on interview process

Entretien
Long and drawn out process. Tough final interviews in business simulation. It is difficult to gauge the exact type of person they are looking for and certainly varies class to class. The people that get an offer are exceptionally bright and likely from target schools only.
