Good, follow established processes. Structured interviews. May be a pre interview followed by an interview, then a psychometric test followed by an offer. Varies from site to site and from division to division but similar processes.

Give an example of the problem you solved and what steps you took to solve it
Interview was comfortable but a bit challenging. The interviewers were however welcoming and displaying a good attitude. The process is long, three stage interview and includes aptitude tests. I would advise people to prepare thoroughly.

Entretien
The interview was good, it took place on a teams meeting. Professional, and not too long. There were 4 people in the panel. It was Interview and then a psychometric test.
