The process was professional. It took a week of interviews which included psychometric assessments and physical assessments. Overall very pleasant and not too hard. No technical assessments.
Also the interviewers were not demeaning in any way. Very respecrful albeit their very high level positions.

An intensive effort to introduce us to the world of mining as well as understanding how the company is structured. Over a week of activities, personality assessments and a final interview the company put a lot of effort into assessing and educating its candidates.
