Video interview (30 secs - 1 min to speak iirc), followed by online assessments (similar to many other companies) and face to face interview at the office. Overall process was pleasant and efficient. Knowledge on commodities can be helpful.

Entretien
Went through 2 interviews, first with hiring manager was pleasant. Then next with department heads. Asked generic interview questions. At the end when asking more questions about the company, one interviewer proceeds to ask condescending questions and put interviewee down.
Did an interview via hirevue, this was after playing the game (psychometric) test. You are given two tries to record your answer. I believe I was a 5 general questions about myself
It was okay. Fair questions asked. Need to prepare and be ready, otherwise interview questions were not bad, and interviewers were friendly. It was okay, really. Not bad. That’s all, really.
