J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Angi (Washington, DC) en oct. 2021
Entretien
Went through a long interview process, honestly felt like too much - explaining my same history to over 6 people, half of them felt like they were just for show.

Confirming with the other reviews provided here. I had a few interviews (number is quite excessive). A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn.
1. Phone screen with recruiter
2. Interview with hiring manager
3. Optional call to discuss case study given to me. Note: the case study was very general with very limited data. I needed to clarify what the data meant.
4. 45 min case study presentation to a panel of Directors
Result: I followed up many times with the recruiter and they finally provided a 1 minute call update that I was not selected… due to an INTERNAL HIRE…
Overall: This was an incredibly lengthy and time consuming interview process. I’m already fully employed, and having to go through multiple interviews with data that was incomplete with hardly any context made me try to figure out how they wanted me to answer and present took me days and days to prepare.
I was shocked that I was up against an individual that was already at the company.
Also, I’m based on the West Coast and they scheduled me to present the case study before 7am my time. Insane… The panel didn’t seem to care about the hour of the day and one Director was quite snarky from the very start. Given that I spent days on the presentation while fully employed, I did not feel any appreciation by the panelists. I hope you have a better experience than me.
