I applied through the website, got a call from the HR department/hiring manager. She scheduled an interview for the following week. My first interview was with this hiring manager, which was awkward as hell. I don't think she does too many interviews. I was then asked to come back for a second interview with an Ad Sales Manager. I was asked some random questions about sales experience, and the typical why should we hire you thing. This guy really thought he was better than everyone in the office.

Question 1
I was asked about my social life, what I like to do on my own time. He then asked if I liked to drink beer. Odd, but who doesn't.
Very professional and prompt communication with HR and management to arrange an interview. A couple emails back and forth, a phone conversation with HR, a face to face interview with a manager and the an offer.

Question 1
Just typical interview questions mostly about what you think the company values in employees and how you can help

The interview process lasted about 30 min. They have you interview with any random manager that was available at the time. Managers would come in and out of the interview as they pleased, which made it difficult to be focused on the questions asked.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here?
Can you handle pressure?
Then repeated the same questions over and over, the manager was on their phone the whole time. Not paying attention.
