Video interview for an hour. Seemed to go pretty well. I got back to the recruiter b y email. I never heard anything from them. This frequently implies they don't have a system to get back to people they are rejecting after actual interviews as it adds no value to recruiters if not proceeding with the hire. This is a short-term view. Only apply if this doesn't bother you.
