Normal except for lack of tact. The process is pretty strait forward a first interview with an HR rep and than another with a sales "manager". I explain the quotes in a second but first let me get this out there i was denied the position but would of said no to anyway. I am a person who believes that interviews are 2 way streets. I am interviewing for your company but you are interviewing your company for me. Now back to the point the hr rep was amazing kind, asked the right questions, was even patient as can be. Well then comes in the sales "manager" who I am going to say should not be in charge of a bucket of water much less people with lives. The fact that you interrupt people mid answer and also take a question that requires an actual answer and right 2 words down is both rude and unprofessional. With eye rolling and just utter disregard to the person you are interviewing makes you look like nothing more than a jerk. The fact is i doubt I am the only person who has had this experience and doubt it will be the last. You are a cold calling sales job you are not the greatest thing since slice bread. What you need to realize is that i have seen others say the same things just not explain it. You want to have a strong staff than treat people equally and not like you are wasting your time. When you say you will call someone either way and instead send a generic email it just seems cold and unprofessional. I do not care about being told no I care about getting a fair shake and was not given it. Since they love to comment on the positives lets see if they respond to someone saying your sales manager shouldn't be allowed to interview and should be job searching like everyone else

Question 1
All of them because i was interrupted through the second stage
Easy process. Done through zoom and over the phone. Was able to speak directly with the manager I would be working under, and found out later that day I would be hired.

A three step Interview process. Two phone calls and then a video call with sales manager. Process occurred over several week period to coordinate schedules. Clear movement every step of the way.
The process was a series of interviews ranging from recruiter to manager. The final interview included a sales situational roleplay. The interviewers were knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and engaging. Communication about upcoming interviews and next steps was very thorough and efficient.
