Wrote them an awesome cover letter, which was acknowledged in the response, along with a request for an interview. Went in for an interview with one of the co-owners, had a nice, hour long conversation, told me a decision would be made the following week. The following week passed, so I emailed a week after that, and was told they've been busy, so no hiring decision has been made. Cut to a week later, where I see the original ad I responded to has been re-posted to Craigslist. I guess they didn't like any candidates. Yup, one of those places that doesn't respect applicants and their time. Yeah, I get it--they're SOOOO busy, but so am I, trying to find a job. It's pretty rude to be told you're a solid candidate and be kept waiting, never receiving an answer.
