Three rounds of interview.
First Round: This was conducted with the department head and a peer. It focused on evaluating my technical knowledge and assessing team compatibility.
Second Round: I met with a member of the C-suite leadership. The conversation centered around getting to know me better on a personal level, as well as aligning on core values and mutual expectations.
Third Round: The final stage was with the Head of HR. This round emphasized aligning our understanding of the role and ensuring a good match in terms of personalities and organizational fit.
Overall, the process was seamless, and the staff I interacted with were approachable and professional, which left a positive impression.
