3. You would expect interviewer to be on time but apparently that's not always the case.
4. Just want to point out that it's a two-way selection between candidates and the company so there is no need to act condescendingly. It looks bad on the company and scares away good candidates.

Entretien
My interview experience was disappointing. The interviewers were consistently late and the schedule was changed multiple times without reasonable notice. This seemed to signal a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
Overall process felt disorganized and ultimately making it a waste of time. A company’s hiring process reflects its internal culture, and based on this experience, I have concerns about their professionalism and respect for employees.
