This has been the worst experience of my life. It started with a handful of interview with their EW team. There were two phone interviews (not too bad) l, then a whole-day on-site. It was fine but I had to follow up with the recruiter several times. Turns out the recruiter left the company and they handed me another, who was great. I was to speak with the VP of the department. Be rescheduled twice, once on the day of. Once the interview started, it was fine but eventually was scolded for mentioning that it is my fault reference to not perpetually travel. Note, the job required 10% travel.
Needless to say, they didn’t hire me but another team was interested in my application. I was scheduled for a two day interview session. I thought the interviews went relatively well. However, I have now been ghosted for over a month. I sent over 4 follow ups and they don’t reply. I wish I didn’t waste all that time interviewing here.

Very relaxed interview. Two different phone interviews, one with a hiring manager and the other with the team manager. This led to an on site team interview with the test team manager, a chemist, and a hardware integration engineer. Overall, very nice people.

1st: Phone screen with HR (asking about your background and some engineering question). 2nd Zoom meeting with hiring manager (fundamental electrical engineering questions and why you want to work for Anduril). 3rd On-site interview with the teams (engineering questions) .
Received some semi-technical questions during initial phone screen (strain gage, Ohm's law, bending beams) that were slightly surprising, especially if you haven't worked with any of the concepts since school.
