J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Anduril en janv. 2025
Entretien
Interviewed with two people who seemed to be retired "frat bros." Both only 4 to 5 months into the job. Frat bro #1 kept leaning back into his chair and cutting me off. Frat bro #2 was way more reasonable. There was no structure to the interview and frat bro #1 kept challenging my professional experience - probably because he couldn't fathom accomplishing the same things himself. When I asked why two people with less than 6 months of experience were interviewing me he said it was because their department was just "too good" and previous colleagues kept getting poached by other departments... yea right. When I asked how performance was measured in the role, he had to pause and think for several moments because he had no answer. How are you new to a job and unaware of how your performance will be measured? What a waste of time.

General 1st round interview 30 minutes. Two interviewers on one.
One interviewer was late. The other was on time, but was extremely rude/disinterested.
I didn't get a next round, but honestly, I think this was a sign of the current cultural state of the company.
