First there was a recruiter call, then a hiring manager call, they assigned a case study, then flew out to costa mesa for on-site interview with meetings with six individuals lasting 30 mins each

Slow interview process. Recruiter call, Hiring Manager Interview, Business Case, Presenting Business Case, then On-site.
The pay was okay, but the stock package was what set it apart from most other companies.
