Screening with HR first and then behavioral interviews with multiple members from the team. Walking thoroughly resume and mostly questions about fit with the company and experiences. No technical aspect to interview. Did not get an offer

Went through the full interview process to onsite. All behavioral questions. Went to the onsite in Costa Mesa and not a single interviewer was there (I was supposed to speak to 5 people). Had to do every interview virtually which felt very disrespectful considering I flew across the country for that day. No real feedback and felt the role was still not defined at all despite multiple conversations with the hiring manager.
