We have a unique business model, but we are proud of that. Instead of taking 10 years to grow into a management position at our firm, it can take one. Obviously, this is not traditional, but it does not fit the criteria of a pyramid scheme. We care about our employees and provide outstanding training and mentorship, which is how we are able to offer that type of growth.
