It was quick process. You conduct an interview with the HR recruiter and the 2nd interview process is with the District Manager. They briefly describe the job title to you and ask you a little about yourself.

15 minute scripted phone interview. I was hired at the end of the call. She went over all of the job requirements and asked several times if I could handle the physical job demands.

Was told to expect email for an interview via computer.... then received a call from regional manager at 3:15 PM..... wanted to meet that afternoon and was upset that I could not make it. Then rejected me.
