Interviewed with 3 to 4 groups . Each containing two people. Questions are all behavior based and require examples for the answers. Best to use work examples and not school.

Question 1
Give as example of when you were challenged to think outside the box to solve a problem.
Questions were average/expected. Most-asked at any entry level interview. Make sure to answer questions based on your industrial experience. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the plant, which was interesting. I followed up with them after the interview but didn't hear anything back.
