First met a representative at my college career fair where she took my resume. I applied through my career center on-campus recruiting system. It was typical behavioral questions, mostly stressed on why I was interested in the valuation group and my planned career path. The interviewer was a senior manager of the group. He wasn't very friendly, pretty stern and serious.

6 interviews with 3 people from Andersen on each call. Also a case study on valuation. Their seemed to be a real doubt on if what I was saying was true.
