Entretien
I got fast tracked to the application process because I went to their networking events. The company values people who applies to these networking events. If you are interested in applying I would recommend it. After there is a standard online interview, with recorded questions. If you passed you will move on to a telephone interview and then an assessment centre.

Question 1
The most difficult parts of the whole application process is the assessment centre. In assessment centre you will analyse and choose certain decision about a business case study with probably 3 or 4 other applicants and then individually you will need to organize such decision in a time line. For me the most difficult part is to acknowledge all the necessary details about the business case study as all the information is given in a video, and they will only show it once. So pay attention and listen carefully.

Very easy going but very professional,
He was knowledgeable and polite.
