Recruiter, luego jefe de área (jefe directo para la posición), y posteriormente con su jefa. Todo el proceso muy agradable. Tuve que realizar la última entrevista 4am por que teníamos muchas horas de diferencia. A partir de la segunda todo en inglés.

it was clear, honest, challenging and made my go outside my current comfort zone which I enjoyed a lot, I had to investigate about different topics that I didn't know or had forgotten about. I felt very exited about the opportunity and the role, and how Andela worked.

Entretien
The process has four stages, first with the recruiter then with the stakeholders and recruiting manager - this is a technical based round, it also included a mock call where you have to help a client find talent within their talent pool. The other two interviews are with top executives for making sure you are a culture fit and getting to know you more.
