two different phone interviews. One with hiring manager, then another one about a week later with the manager. Very interested, very clear about process . two different personalities, but both seemed to be cheerful. I had an initial conversation with the recruiter, which went well and had another with the hiring manager and his team. It also went well.
The process was very open and I understood all the requirements. I was given constant feedback all through the interview process.
I was not given an offer, as they found a more suitable candidate, but it was all communicated to me and the reason for the rejection was also stated.
Feedback was given and it would help in my search going forward. I am still looking out for an opportunity with andela.
