J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Andeavor en nov. 2017
Entretien
Applied online, had a phone screening and then one face to face interview. HR did a great job of keeping me updating. It was not a long process except for figuring out what location I would be at.

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Andeavor (Salt Lake City, UT) en sept. 2018
Entretien
The Interview consisted of behavioral questions asked by two people. One that had been with the company 1 year and the other a senior member. The technical question at the end was somewhat challenging but fairly straight forward if you know what you're doing.

I submitted my resume online and was contacted by HR a couple weeks later to set up an interview time. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and efficient in setting up the interview. Unfortunately this is where my positive experience ended. The man who interviewed me seemed completely disinterested throughout the interview. The questions were relatively simple behavioral questions, but he would interrupt my answers to interject his own opinion. One of these interjections was a rant about how he's overworked and his boss doesn't understand work/life balance. Not exactly what you want to hear about the department you'll be working in. I asked if interns are given any training and he told me they're pretty much thrown into the position and it's sink or swim - another red flag. After the interview I was told I'd hear something in "four to six weeks," so I'm guessing they had no idea when they'd be contacting candidates. After four weeks passed I emailed the woman from HR who originally contacted me and never heard back from her. They completely ghosted me, not even a generic rejection email was sent. After this experience I lost all interest in working here, but some sort of follow through would have been nice. I expected better from a company like Tesoro. By far the most unprofessional interview I have ever had.
