Applied in January of 2024 was contacted in April in a very quick phone call just asking if I was interested in coming in for an interview. The interview was between the CIO and IT Manager and me. it lasted for about an hour, and then I was called back to do a 2nd interview. the questions we're very difficult and were more just asking what I'd done in the past and what my thoughts on how ITIL, Process Documentation, and Advanced troubleshooting. I was told that they had a flexible work schedule, and while they were working on getting the environment stable, I may experience some issues. The IT Manager's desk matches his work style, he's never been in a supervisory role, and it shows.
