It's Simple. No multiple rounds as such. pretty much dependent on the process you are going to hire for and process-specific urgency. The majority of the processes are KPO/BPO of Banking Services, so they might ask more about project-specific requirements. But high possibility that you won't encounter any difficult technical interviews, as not many domain experts are available in the company to ask, given it's currently a baby in the Service delivery space in the BFSI industry.
