Word of advice, make sure you are overly qualified or do not need any ramp up/training for this position. A lot of time and effort and in hindsight I would not have proceeded. Process took over 4 months. Multiple re-scheduling of interviews/times/dates. HR phone/screen interview. Interview questionnaire email to fill out. Peer/BP phone interview. Another interview questionnaire email to fill out. Hiring manager phone interview. Take home Excel exercise. Whiteboard/presentation exercise. Take home Account management exercise. All 3 exercises VERY TIME CONSUMING. Panel/BPs onsite interview. Hiring managers onsite interview. Like I said, very long interview process. Everyone was nice however. But even if you get all exercises done perfectly and onsite and phone interviews go well, if you need any ramp up, you will not be a fit. And I admit I did not have planning experience. I wish they would have said that from the beginning before I went through this entire process.
