I had the most wonderful experience with Anaplan right from the start. The recruiter was very professional and prompt in setting up the calls. I had a strict deadline and they reacted quickly at all steps and at all levels. The interview process began with a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked me very relevant questions and made the expectations for the role very clear. The next step was an onsite interview. They once again accommodated my changing schedule very flexibly and set up the onsite smoothly. The onsite experience was pleasant. I had a round with the product manager who actually gave me a small demo of the product, which I had not come across in any other company. Also there was a slot in the end with the hiring manager who asked me for feedback for each interviewer on the panel, which again was unique to Anaplan and also something I appreciate as part of the process. They were quick to get back to me after the onsite. Overall very good experience.
