Had an initial phone screening with Tracy H. I don't recall any specific questions but I will never forget the experience. She was so pleasant and explained the whole process in detail. She made me feel comfortable and it felt more like I was talking to my friend about a new job I wanted rather then an initial phone screening. After my initial screening with her, I had two video conference calls with other folks in the office and she would email me before every meeting to confirm as well as wish me good luck. It definitely felt like she genuinely cared about her recruits and I was just not another number to her. She is the epitome of a true professional and I wish I could work with her everyday. I am that guy who gets nervous during interviews and she put me completely at ease. Best recruiter and best company to work for. I will never leave Anaplan.
