I met an Anaplan Emplyee at Connect. I had an interesting conversation and then I decided to apply.
I had an interview with Mark. He makes me really comfortable and the interview turn into a constructive discussion about the job.

J'ai été contacté par une personne de Talent Acquisition. J'ai fait un premier entretien avec cette personne puis j'ai fait un deuxième entretien avec le Hiring Manager. Nous avons conclu que je n'avais pas l'expertise nécessaire dans le domaine recherché?

The interview process was very well-organised. My recruiter was Mark Wilkins, who was quick to respond and maintained a concise and efficient communication style, which I greatly appreciated. I also valued the consistent and timely feedback after each interview stage, ensuring there were no prolonged periods of uncertainty regarding the results.
I thoroughly enjoyed my interviews (4 stages: an HR interview, a hiring manager interview, a take-home assignment, and a panel interview). The interviewers were supportive, approachable, and highly professional. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
