I applied online and was first contacted by Josh (Recruiter) on 17/10/2025. From the start, the communication was clear, timely, and transparent throughout the entire process. The interviews themselves were well structured and engaging. I had the opportunity to meet with engineering leadership, including a VP and SVP, which gave me a strong sense of the company’s direction, culture, and expectations. Conversations felt open and two-way rather than scripted, and I appreciated the time taken to answer my questions honestly. I received the offer on 12/12/2025. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience and reflected a thoughtful, respectful hiring process.

The entire process was fantastic! Tracy is the internal recruiter that kept everything moving quickly and smoothly. She kept me informed and gave me feedback at every step. The process started with a questionnaire and then a phone interview with Tracy. A few days later I had a video call with the hiring manager in San Francisco. The next phase was an onsite interview with the Minneapolis team. The final interview was a video call with one of the Architects and the Head of Engineering. Each team member was quick to give feedback to Tracy. She then let me know within a day at most!. I really appreciated the quick feedback! Did I mention this was a fantastic experience!
