      All interviews were casual conversation about experience, the role, the culture at Anaplan. Very nice group of people and seamless experience. Talent does a good job keeping candidate up to date.

      I've went through the interview process in November 2025. It consisted of 4 stages: Recruiter screening, interview with hiring manager, case study interview with 3 senior employees, and interview with executive. The process went relatively smooth with clear communication and timely updates. Especially the support from the recruiter was outstanding!

      I recently went through the interview process at Anaplan and even though I didn't end up working there due to receiving an offer from another company, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, transparency, and approachability that were intrinsic parts of their recruitment process. The initial contact was with Marika, the recruiter. She was extremely approachable and stood out with her ability to make me feel at ease during what is usually a nerve-wracking process. From the get-go, Marika's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in understanding my background, skills, and aspirations were evident, which greatly eased my interaction with her. Marika also demonstrated remarkable transparency and directness throughout the process. She was incredibly fast at responding to emails, which made me feel valued and respected as a candidate. The communication from her end was always clear and concise, with no ambiguity or delays that are often a part of the interview process elsewhere. This directness helped me understand where I stood at all stages of the process, a refreshing experience that was highly appreciated. What truly stood out about my interaction with Marika was her dedication to providing comprehensive feedback. Unlike many other interviews I've been through, Marika went above and beyond to ensure I understood my strengths, as well as areas for improvement. The insights she provided were thorough, constructive, and certainly beneficial. The opportunity to learn and grow even during the interview process is something I haven't experienced elsewhere and it truly speaks volumes about Anaplan's commitment to candidate development. Although my journey with Anaplan ended sooner than anticipated, the experience left a great impression on me. Their respectful and transparent approach towards potential employees exemplifies a company that values its people, their growth, and their experience. Should an opportunity arise in the future, I would definitely consider Anaplan again. In conclusion, my interaction with Anaplan, and particularly with Marika, was a positive, enlightening experience. I highly recommend Anaplan to potential job seekers for their professional, open, and respectful recruitment process. Their commitment to providing valuable feedback and a seamless, respectful experience is truly commendable.
