It was a three-stage interview process, the first stage was a general introduction about me and the company and compensation expectations, the second one is about the design portfolio of the applicant, and there was a design assignment to check for the applicant's skill set. The third stage is about discussions of actual compensation, which only happens if you've cleared stage 2.
