I applied online as well as on campus. I got a phone interview for a position I applied online, and followed up for on campus interview later. Then I was offered to on site interview. The interview is mostly technical questions and its pretty difficult. People are nice but have very good poker faces. Overall the experience was nice but kind of boring.
