Five hours of interviews with five different engineers. Each came with prepared schematics to ask questions about. Each asked resume questions to begin. Everyone was nice and supportive, but also tried to ask challenging questions. When I got something wrong I felt I was being taught the correct answer rather than merely corrected and judged.
