A recruiter reached out to me a week after I applied. She asked if I could speak the day-of. Since I was not available on such short notice, we scheduled a meeting for a few days later. However, she missed that meeting without letting me know in advance. We rescheduled. The second meeting she cancelled last minute. We rescheduled a third time. This call she also missed without letting me know. I reached out to her to let her know that I was waiting. A few hours later, she responded that the hiring managers had already selected final candidates the week prior. One of the worst recruiting experiences I have had. This recruiter really needs to get herself a calendar.
