Apply, take electrical test, interview with hr ..formalities...then with interview w/general foreman and union guy to re evaluate and talk experience..take urine & hair drug test, take physical. Attend new hire orientation. The process isn't bad, just time consuming.

Mentally rigorous time limit exam. Over 2 hours long overall. One portion consisted of general questions, another was academic assessment. There was a section that tested ones ability observe connected parts of a circuit.

Applied online. Got email for in person interview a few weeks later. First came the personality, knowledge and skills test. If you pass those then you get called for an interview
