For freshers there are 3 rounds- online test, 1st level technical interview, 2nd level HR level. 1st level technical interview is conducted for everyone irrespective of online test, and basic Java questions are asked in it. Also conditions like are you willing to relocate to client side, are you willing to work in less salary etc. Marks are given out of 5 for below points: technical skills, communication skills, willing to relocate, based on Amrita background. 2nd level is HR round. One will reach this round after getting selected in the 1st round. Here again technical questions shall be fired by managers having good technical knowledge accompanied by a lady having high ego and low brain.
