I am leaving this review because the hiring mangers were entirely unprofessional. I was contacted by a recruiter for this position and I interviewed with her. It went very well, so I ended up being contacted by one of the hiring managers. I interviewed with the hiring manager, also, and this interview also went very well. This hiring manager then found out that I needed a total of 6 days off (1 day for a wedding and the other 5 for a family vacation over xmas, both of which were already planned obviously). She said that they would get back to me on whether or not I would move forward.
I hadn’t heard anything for a few days, so I contacted the recruiter to see what was going on. She said that they couldn’t decide on whether they would move forward with me because the 120-day probationary period from the start of training was mandatory (mind you, I requested one day for a wedding where I was the MOH and the other five for a family vacation, and the company was closed during the time that I would be on vacation anyway). A few more days passed and I still hadn’t heard anything from the recruiter so I reached out to her and she said that they had “put the position on hold to further review requirements for the position.” I was not happy with this because I had to reach out in order to get an answer after not hearing any updates about moving forward. This is such a competitive market with so many capable sales reps. Please do better.
