The recruiter didn't provide a lot of information, but I was interested in working with the company. After the interview, I felt really good about the position and thought I hit it off well with the hiring team. Afterwards, I received no correspondence for several days until I sent a follow up email. I received the generic, we have decided to go with another candidate. If you're unable to provide constructive feedback about the interview, it reflects poorly on the company's ability to manage daily operations. I'm glad it didn't work out because I joined a much better company.
