Only a brief discussion with the Vice President . Mostly asked about past experience and judged on personality basis . It was a general discussion with nothing very specific and not very professional.

Two interviews round. First was telephonic interview and second was in person with HR. It was pretty good experience. Emphasis was more on knowing you as a person. There were three people for taking interview. And it was really good.
