I had a current employee submit my resume but never heard anything from them. Then about 6 months later I submitted my resume online and got an offer within a week. The interviews consisted of a 1 hour phone interview followed by a 45 minute group interview.

Applied online, got emailed by someone in HR to set up an "exploratory call". Went well, was asked to send in some extra information, then never heard from them again, even after the follow up. Extremely unprofessional.
