It was a very good experience. In my first round, the interviewer's emphasis was highly on my knowledge of e-commerce as a domain. Also, towards my understanding of marketplace, social media and D2C. The next round was to examine the cultural fit to the organisation. It includes questions related to family background, cultural activities and hobbies. Moreover, it included questions related to personality, such as challenges faced in my previous jobs, leadership role played at last organisation etc.
