Went to a coffee shop and was told about the position, went back to the store to meet with the manager. As with another interviewer, the manager told me I was a perfect fit and would be contacted for next steps in the next 3 days for next steps. I never was. I called about a week later, was told the manager was on a call but would get back to me in an hour. She never did. I'm puzzled- it would be fine to tell me I'm not a good fit, but why tell me that I would definitely be hired and then ignore me?
