I was invited to Chelsea, London at 10am for the interview. I was told that it will be two hours long interview followed by a trial shift so expecting to finish around 2pm. We had a group interview that involved role playing by one of interviewees and another one saying how would they act. Trial shift after the interview may extend well above the time as I was there until 4pm.

Submitted a CV and covering letter through a website, was contacted within a few days. A group of 5 applicants was interviewed by 3 people. Got invited to a trial shift later the same day. 3 days later, I got hired at the end of the trial.
The interview was very easy. Be clean, alert and talkative and you're already ahead. To succeed at the trial shift, I recommend you ask a lot of questions, try to find work for yourself such as cleaning, and engage with the customers. Trying to direct the flow of customers will definitely give you a leg up, even if you fail at first.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What would you do if your colleague intended to call in sick even though they were not sick? How would you deal with a customer who pushes to the front of the queue? Role-play situation with an indecisive and allergic customer. Why do you think you are a good fit for the job?
