The interview process is well-organized and streamlined. After two separate phone interviews, I had a detailed phone interview with the Hiring Manager, which really helped me to understand the work culture and the types of problems they strive at solving. The HM was an extremely knowledgeable and straight-forward personality who knows what he is doing. He did a great job speaking from the heart. I was also impressed with the recruiter, Farri, who helped me understand the total compensation package and ensured my best interests through every step. This helped me tremendously to come up with my numbers. At the end, it seems a fair package. I was asked about my projects as well as several problem solving and design questions – involving algorithms + DS and probability/combinatorics problems. All the interviewers were knowledgeable, nice, and patient. I was offered constructive hints to solve the problems when stuck. The biggest positive was they wanted me to succeed rather than to fail. Before the first interview, I suggest candidates should research online, especially about their projects and architectures.
