Got a nice email that responses were taking longer than usual. Did online competency test on budgeting and project management. Emailed back however, as I had not heard back. Then notice came back that I did not get the role. Unfortunate, but much prefer competence tests than initial interviews... helps you understand the role better and see if you even want to go to the next step of interviews.
