The interview process from start to finish took nearly 9 weeks. I went through three stages of interviewing 1. Initial phone interview 2. Skills assessment 3. Final panel interview. There were long waiting periods between each step; the average time it took to hear back from them was 12 days. After completing the final interview, they never provided an update on the status of my application. They simply ghosted me, even after I wrote to ask for an answer. The entire process was disorganised and poorly carried out. It is baffling that a company this well-established cannot carry out the simplest tasks required to complete a proper interview.
