I had a very disturbing experience during my interview with Moscow's representatives. It seemed like the first time they actually read my CV was in front of me, which was very confusing. I was asked questions that didn't go with my experience. The amount of inappropriate and disrespectful comments and jokes was absolutely insane. At some point, I found myself speechless as I couldn't believe that someone working in human rights could laugh about anyone being blind right in front of my face. In general, the experience makes me question the work of this organization. How can people with such low respect to other human beings work in human rights? Needless to say, I never got the promised feedback after the interview.
