Very unprofessional and disorganized. The person interviewing me was 20 minutes late to our initial call with the company. I finally received a call and instead of rescheduling, the interview decided to continue forward with the interview in an informal way. Talking about the role and just asking me if I was interested. Ultimately, we ended the conversation due to lack of time, but I had several questions I needed answered. I never heard back from the interviewer, so I reached out a few times with my questions and to learn of next steps. Complete silence. 3 weeks later I get an auto email notifying me I was not selected. Very strange experience overall.
