I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted within a few days. First interview was via zoom after being rescheduled a few times due to scheduling conflicts on their end. I had my 2nd interview in person which went well. Follow up interview within a week that only last barely 15 minutes. During this time I asked about salary range and was told they were opened and asked for my expectations. I provided my range twice with no further communication from HR. I sent a follow up after my 3rd interview and never heard back from HR. A simple follow up response would have been appreciated. There seems to be a break in communication.
